Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your contract with us is formed when we accept your order and take payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a price is shown incorrectly. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

Product Condition

Sealed trading card products are sold factory sealed. We cannot guarantee the contents of any sealed product — the excitement of the pull is part of the hobby. Single cards are graded to the best of our ability; if you believe a single you received is not as described, contact us as soon as possible after delivery — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Live Show Sales

Items purchased during our live shows on Whatnot, eBay Live and TikTok Live are sold through those platforms and are subject to those platforms’ terms and purchase protection. Any questions about a live show purchase should be raised with us on the relevant channel first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in relation to faulty goods. We are not liable for any loss that is not a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
