Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Bones Realms Hobbies — the trading name of UNCLE BONE TCG LTD, a UK-registered company (Companies House no. 16459642) — handles your personal data when you use our website.

Who we are

For data protection purposes, UNCLE BONE TCG LTD is the data controller. If you have questions about your data, contact us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp. Our registered office is 120 Campion Road, Hatfield, AL10 9FT.

Data we collect

  • Orders: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can process, deliver and support your order. Payment is handled by our payment providers — we don’t store your card details.
  • Account: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
  • Contact: the details you provide when you email, call or message us.
  • Technical: basic information like your IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and site performance.

Realm List: if you join our Realm List (footer signup), we use your email address only to send drop and restock news you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and we will stop mailing you.

Why we use it

We use your data under the UK GDPR to:

  • Fulfil your orders and provide customer support (contract)
  • Meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation)
  • Keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interests)

Sharing your data

We only share data where needed to run the shop — for example with Royal Mail for delivery, Stripe for payments, and our website host. We never sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, this is done under UK data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires, then deleted or anonymised. Account data is kept while your account is active.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
